The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an estimate. Nothing on this website is a promise about the outcome, pricing, scheduling or completion of a particular project. Costs and details are confirmed for your own job. Cost figures in our guides are published market ranges from the sources named on each guide, not our prices.
Estimates
Estimates are free. They are based on what can be seen at the property. If conditions turn out to be different once work starts, such as rotted fascia or sheathing behind old gutters or siding, the work and the cost are talked through with you before anything continues.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work depends on the weather. Dates are given in good faith and can move for rain, high wind, extreme cold or unsafe conditions.
Permits and property
Permit rules vary by city and county. Unless agreed otherwise in the estimate, permits, HOA approvals and knowing where the property lines are remain the property owner's responsibility.
Insurance claims
We can look at storm damage and give you a written estimate. We do not negotiate insurance claims on your behalf and we do not cover, rebate or waive insurance deductibles.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on the estimate for each job.
